At the risk of outting myself for being naughty and eating fast food, I feel obliged to give this establishment 5 stars for outstanding customer service, akin to a non fast food restaurant. Visiting Charlevoix on business in October, all of the local restaurants downtown were closed- some due to staffing shortages- we ended up at McDonalds with a surprisingly great experience. Good McDonald's! One needs to take into account the fact that the restaurant is a McDonald's when reviewing a McDonald's. So this rating is RELATIVE to all other McDonald's restaurants within the Midwestern United States of America and the select few other McDonald's locations which I have visited (mainly in the southern United States Of America on several road trips to really cool locations.
