“Cozy atmosphere, obviously loved by locals with how busy it is weekends and weekdays alike. Prices are not listed on the signs overhead, and as a tea drinker, I was surprised to pay $5 for a medium tea. For a latte like a london fog, I'm used to that kind of price, but maybe I'll try another place in town for a bit better of a deal.“

“The best part about this McDonald's is if you go Wednesday-Sunday early in the day and have the opportunity to interact with Steve, AKA the most amazing person! He has a very positive attitude and is a great way to start the day. When so many people in this world are Debbie-Downers and focus on the negative, Steve is a ray of sunshine. Seriously, this man deserves a raise and recognition. He should be the benchmark for employees. Even when things are not going as they should at 6 am, Steve finds a way to spin it so it isn't as big of a negative.“

“We came on a Monday for breakfast. It ended up being a good option. This isn't a sit down restaurant and other than the cooking/drink preparing you do everything else - order at counter, pick up food when ready and put your dirty dishes away. Just something to know and expect when coming!Our party of five enjoyed the food - breakfast sandwich, bagel with cream cheese, chicken bacon ranch wrap.I do think there is an opportunity to improve service a bit... maybe explain things more to new patrons, be more approachable, etc.The space itself is cute and well decorated.“

“Ok Update of a Update May 19th, 2021Was out in Petoskey needed to get a few things look at there a Meijer with a Biggby of course one of my favorites ?.I tried the smore's latte iced I liked it of course not my favorite like the sparkling strawberry hibiscus mocktail drink.But i.like trying different stuff also I did try the horchata oat latte was good I liked that also.The ladies were very nice an hard working will add photo ? They better hope i never hit the lottery big im buying a biggby an getting free coffee for life...??“

“As the only drive-through coffee shop in town, this one usually gets my business if I’m in a hurry. The drinks are almost always consistent and workers are friendly. Every business around here is understaffed so the long lines just are what they are. A couple weeks ago I swung by for two small lattes (and my third tier sandwich choice since the others were already gone for the day). I’ve recently backed off from obligatory tipping at places where I’m only receiving a product, not a service. A server only makes $3.84 an hour while a barista in this area is making at least $15. Still not a livable wage, but their salary should come from Starbucks, not the community. Anyway when it was my turn to pay and I got the “it’s just going to ask you a question” prompt, I chose no thanks to tipping. The girl at the window said, “Aaawww!” As someone who works in the local service industry, that is just wildly inappropriate in my mind. Tipping is supposed to be for exceptional service. I don’t tip the people at Taco Bell and they actually make the food I want right then. I was getting two small 3-ingredient drinks and a microwaved sandwich. To top it off the drinks were tepid and only 3/4 full at best. It must’ve been the B Team working that day, but I’ve managed to make time to go inside a different coffee shop ever since then.“

“Another great experience at this Starbucks!! ? The barista was confronted with a very rude customer during our visit but she remained calm and conducted herself in a respectable way. Drinks were delicious and service was great. We will be back!?“

“3:00pm ordered med fry and small vanilla shake. Was told to pull over to window #3. After waiting 10 minutes and watching a half dozen other cars get served and be on their way. It was apparent to me they were not going to bring my simple order out to my car.“

“A lovely place to stay. All staff were incredible. From the front desk to valet to servers at the restaurant to housekeepers, everyone was pleasant, professional and willing to assist. The rooms are beautiful and clean, very cozy with luxurious touches. We are looking forward to our next stay!“

“Drip coffee is a treat to me, especially when most vacation stops only serve espresso. A friend got the last of a pot, so I got the first of the next and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh! The cafe room is nice, but hard to imagine staying inside when the mid-October weather was so good by the lake...“

“The food here is quite good. I ordered a toasted bagel, a pistachio muffin, and hazelnut coffee. All items were nice amounts for the price! I loved the outdoor patio space, and had a nice peaceful breakfast out in the sunshine. The decorations both outside and inside the bakery were very charming! The gals working there were also very helpful when I asked for their recommendations on sites and shops to visit. They were also quite friendly, as I ended up lingering in the shop to chat for a while. Overall great experience!“
