“I would absolutely recommend this establishment, but unlike myself, make certain you get what you paid for. Unfortunately our last visit our server gave us the wrong burger. I couldn't eat it my husband did. We were still charged full price for a burger I didn't order nor did I eat. We informed our server and she apologized but made no effort to make it right. Perhaps some additional staff training is in order.”

“I genuinely don’t understand how this place doesn’t have even better reviews. The pizza was SO good, easily the best and very had in petoskey. Everything tasted fresh, the crust was perfect, and we absolutely loved it. On top of that, the staff and owner were incredibly nice and friendly. This place deserves way more love, and we’ll absolutely be back!”

“What a great experience - Friday night we had a big group of runners that really wanted ice cream. Kilwins was closed, but they saw our group and let us in! The girl that waited on us was awesome and patient. Very thankful! We are from Ohio and really enjoyed the ice cream. Highly recommend. They could have turned us away, but they didn’t and that is rare now a days. Next time we are in VA Beach we will definitely come back.”

“Murdick's has the best homemade ice cream. Once you taste it you will not want any other kind. You suddenly become an "ice cream snob". It is so creamy and delicious. Their homemade popcorn, fudge and candies are so good as well. We stop in every time we are in Petoskey.”

“The smell of fresh baked goods is enough to draw you in. We bought a selection of cake donuts, fritters, long johns etc. and all were fantastic. The pies looked excellent as well. Wish they had such a place in South Carolina.”

“All I can say is wow! We stumbled upon this place while looking for pizza places in Petoskey. I am so glad we did. if you haven't tried them yet then... do it fast. Already one of our favorites. Today we are trying fried Greenbeans....sounds amazing! The cheese steaks are amazing and omg the loaded fries.. Do yourself a favor spend your money here and not at any of the McDonald's in Northern michigan. AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and its REAL FOOD....can you believe its actually cheaper? “Joe and crew made us feel welcomed. drinks were quickly served as we waited for a table, then decided to stay at the bar. between 630 and 7, there was 20 minute wait for a table. it took probably 20 minutes to get appetizers, but the rings and skins were worth the wait! we didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the food and chat with fellow bar guests. shout out to all for blessing me with hot banana peppers for my corona!!!!!! the cod and fries special was on point!!! worth mentioning, the hot sauce selection!! thanks Southwoods for a great meal!!”

“I would like to say that I like the wendy's summer strawberry salad but Petoskey,Michigan today wasn't a good day. I got my salad but wasn't given any almonds & I was given a spicy southwestern dressing that doesn't go with this salad. I was starving so I ate it anyway,I think Jennifer needs to double check the orders before she hands them out the window. Not the first time either :(”

“Their pizza has really been on point lately tonight my boyfriend ordered himself a pizza and I got pasta due to my tooth being pulled today. All was warm and delicious. The person behind the counter who handed us our food took the time to show us the meals and make sure they were up to expectations and was very kind. I think I will pay more in person too being that it is so much cheaper to pay in cash than online.”

“We loved the place. Our last morning in Petoskey we wanted to try this little coffee shop. I had an Americano and my wife had a plain latte with coconut milk…delicious! We also enjoyed talking with the owner/manager. We wish the best for Petoskey Coffee Company.”

“We placed an order for pickup. Had to wait over 5 minutes before speaking to a person to place the order. The club grinder was delicious. No issues. Would definitely eat there again but will probably try to place the order online.”

“They make their own plum tomato sauce that is so good, I could eat it by the spoonful. The mac & cheese without the hot honey is great! My family visits the are 1-2 times a year and we always eat here. The deep dish cheese and round Margherita pizzas are our normal orders. Both are good but the Dough tots with their amazing sauce is my personal favorite. Get them!!”

“Overall just you're average Applebee's, but they have friendly staff and the food came out good. No complaints here would recommend for a quick dinner with the family or friends and have a beer.”

“Another road trip, no matter which states I traveled to, there will always be an Asian Buffet, if you are In a rush / driving long hrs / the Buffet is always there for customers , and at reasonable price, driving from NYC , a buffet in Mi, their buffet menu are very similar and identical to NYC. For me , their egg roll portion seem awkward to me, but the rest tasted to same as if I was in NY. Service is fast and they closed at 9pm . I came in around 7:30, was popping inside alot of customers. And can take out. For some reason , its dark inside with Christmas lights . Asian colors suppose to be red for good luck but their wall paints are green, it looks sad and dark not much decorations , Not my 1st seeming this background before , other Asian buffet I been to had the same theme. The food has flavor , fish , chicken & broccoli , steam veggie are my chooses at every buffet. The jello for desert / ice cream cone”

“We stopped there Oct. 24 at around 7pm for dinner just as they were closing for shortage of help but they served us anyways. Our server was Warren and the cook staff stayed to make sure everything was good. He had already worked a 12 hr. shift and was very friendly. we really appreciated it. thanks warren.”

“As far as a McDonald's goes this is one of the best ones I've been in. Obviously when I'm by myself and traveling I look for something quick and easy to get back on the road. I've been to McDonald's all over the state of michigan. And for some reason the one on the North end of Petoskey is always fast, polite, and clean. Especially when compared to other locations!”
