Awesome fish n chips! Had 1/2 cod, my bf had 1/2 bluegill. The breading was perfect thickness, crunchy! The slaw was fresh, tangy and lite creamy! Perfect! Calamari w/thai dipping sauce also Yum! Nice job!🫶
outstanding whitefish fried perfectly
The Alaskan cod was good, the batter was the issue. The several pieces of fish came stuck to the paper in the container. My pieces were all smashed apart for some reason. The batter was thick, mushy and greasy, unfortunately. On a scale of 1-10 of some of the best fish and chips in Michigan I’d give it a 5. Batter should be thinner and crispy. Fries were GFS like.
