I would like to say that I like the wendy's summer strawberry salad but Petoskey,Michigan today wasn't a good day. I got my salad but wasn't given any almonds & I was given a spicy southwestern dressing that doesn't go with this salad. I was starving so I ate it anyway,I think Jennifer needs to double check the orders before she hands them out the window. Not the first time either :(
Great Customer Service - I just picked up a taco salad and accidentally dropped the first bag with the chips and chili - I just didn't have a hold of it before the drive through person let go of it ... I was able to retrieve it with some help from them holding my door open for me - but they still insisted on giving me a replacement bag anyway! He was so nice too - we're getting our first snow of the season and he said "your hands were probably just cold" - no attitude, just helpful...read full review
They work exceptionally hard to provide an excellent experience. Could not be more polite and caring. I drove through and my double stock was ready so fast, I forgot that he had already given it to me.
