“This place is nothing short of amazing for several reasons…THE most amazing customer service and people, and the food! THE FOOD! I couldn’t decide between a few items and they prepared several things for me to try-and not only was it their idea in the first place, but it was a half hour before closing. And we all know how nice it is to get out of work! It was so thoughtful. Every single item was the favorite though, the excellent quality of the meats and cheeses, the freshest ingredients and the best bread! I just can’t say enough good about this place. It was the first time I went, but I will be back every time I’m in town. As I told them, 12/10.“
“The worst service ever! My 80 year old mom and I were told a 5 minute wait even though 4 tables were available. After 5 minutes, we were seated. A couple minutes later, a waitress finally comes by and says I'll be right back. We waited roughly another 10 minutes watching about 4 waitresses walk past us several times, all looking at us. We weren't even given water. Then another "rich" looking couple comes in and the same 3 tables are still empty that were when we came in. They took them right to the table next to us. A waitress immediately brought them their water and took their order. I said we've been waiting for a while. She just walked past. We got up and left. I will NEVER go there again. And trust me, I will spread the word. I have been there other times with other people when it was busy and wasn't treated like this.“
“Very nice experience for dinner. The restaurant has a unique feel with a step back in time. The chandeliers provided a very romantic setting along with some live music. The food was quite good and had a very nice presentation. Overall there were a couple of bumps in service but they were quite friendly and quick to set things right. They didn't know as much about the items on the menu that we hoped they would but were willing to check in with the kitchen to get the details we needed. We would be interested in coming back here in the future!“
“What a pleasant surprise! This morning my wife and I had breakfast at the counter and were greeted by the most charming and pleasant lady. Not only were the daily specials highlighted for us in a detailed manner, but so too were the menu items. Her charm is an asset for The Bistro and was a nice way to have been welcomed. We hadn't seen her before, but we were so glad to have decided to have breakfast out today at The Bistro.“
“Our family of 6 stopped by after a local recommendation on our way home from a skiing trip. The food across the board was delicious. My turkey sandwich on pretzel bun was literally the best turkey sandwich I've ever had. The service was quick and efficient, she kept our glasses full of water which i appreciate. We will come back on our next trip!“
“Excellent Benedict. Why aren't there more reviews on the breakfast at this hotel? I really appreciate recommendations and their Eggs Benedict deserves 5 stars. You won't regret ordering it, if you do. Tomorrow I'm trying their omelet. As for atmosphere, well, it's positively charming.“

“We love going here. Food is always tasty, nice portions, good prices. What is bothering me is whoever is cooking in the kitchen, and they serve me RAW hash browns when I specifically asked for crispy hash browns.Has happened on more than one occasion, have spoken to the server about it several times. Nothing has changed. So now I'll complain about it here. Don't ask for hash browns , I guess.“

“The service was great and the environment was great. The burger is fabulous and the members of our party that got nachos and a thai beef dish really enjoyed their meals as well. We have come back several times since it is good food, a varied menu and you can find meals that range from very cost effective to more pricey options when you want to splurge.“
