“We’ve just had a delicious dinner here at Inn the Woods. Excellent salmon, pretzel bites and the spinach artichoke dip for apps, plus an incredible French Dip sandwich. “I’m staying in Gaylord for work and I came across Mooney’s Ice cream parlor. I had the sister flight which was five scoops of ice cream for five dollars. Crystal was the one that helped me and she is a lovely lady. Definitely telling my friends.“

“We attended a very small wedding reception at Tavern Inn the Woods last weekend and it was very nice. The food was good, the private room was beautiful, the servers were professional, and the bar was fully stocked with a pleasant and competent bartender... and she made me a tasty 'adult' coffee, which I needed in the cold weather! 😉“

“Very noisy because they have nothing but hard surfaces with nothing to deaden the noise. Fare is average, nothing special, but they do make proper buffalo style wings. Kind of a disappointment as Treetops bills itself as a premier destination... Must be they only focus on the golf courses and beleive offering a little lesser in the accomodations and dining gives them a pass.“

“I have stopped at the Gaylord Applebees a few different times in the last few months and each time has succeeded my expectations. Blake S was my server today and extremely friendly and patient. Awesome staff from what I can see. The GM knows what he’s doing. Thank you for the efforts.“

“This restaurant is one of the most welcoming places around. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Trina’s service really stands out—she has such a great way of making guests feel at home. She’s amazing at helping you find the perfect drink and always has spot-on menu recommendations. You can tell she genuinely wants everyone to have a great experience. Between the friendly vibe, great service, and delicious food and drinks, it’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!“

“My mom and I were just in to eat dinner on the 4th around 6:30pm we had the prime rib which was absolutely delicious. The appetizer was delicious and the drinks were ice cold. The highlight of it all was our server Sarah, she was very nice and her customer service was impeccable. we will definitely be back just from her service alone.“

“Stopped into The Iron Pig Smokehouse and had a pretty good experience overall. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly which is always a plus. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing.
That said, while everything was cooked well and presented nicely, the food could use a bit more flavor and spice to really make it stand out. It’s good BBQ, just missing that extra kick that takes it to the next level.
All in all, still worth checking out—great atmosphere and solid service, just hoping for a little more boldness in the flavors next time!“

“my family stopped at this store on the way home from vacationing. the food was amazing but we loved our server,Sarah.she was so warm and friendly and radiates joy. my grandson said he wished we lived near here not just for the great food but because Sarah was so nice.“
