“The drunken bully (Rick) at 711 wouldn't take my mentally challenged wife's $3 in returnables and yelled at her "We're crowded! Take those across the street!" Even though the store was empty. We usually buy our Twisted Teas from 711 so he was legally obligated to take them. But his drunk a** didn't do his job (common theme for 711 night crew). We battled the rain, a heart attack (I had because I was so upset) and business loop 75 to take the cans to Speedway where a nice, friendly cashier treated my wife with the respect she can't get from the drunken inbreds posing as 711 cashiers (who're in a contest to win the award for worst 711 cashiers in the world). I appreciate Speedway hiring good people who treat retarded people with respect. I may start buying my stuff there even though it's more expensive.“
“I live out of state and order the same drink every time. Latte extra hot, breve, with no foam. My local Starbucks does it right every time, but you'd be surprised how often it's wrong other places. Lisa, at the Grayling store made it perfectly. This shouldn't be a big deal, I know, but I'm telling you, it is. She was working alone and was very nice about the extra time it took to make my drink just right.“
“JJ is awesome. Coffee is always great and on point. She has the perfect attitude and makes the experience and drinks that much better. Can’t tip her so a the least I could do was give a review. So happy to have a BIGGBY close and convenient since I work right her on 4 mile but with baristas like JJ it makes it even nicer of a stop“
“I believe I got the Gluten Free Ham Bacon Melt, and my goodness was it good. The bread was nicely toasted, it was filled with a generous amount of meat and came with chips sprinkled over the top. Our server was very sweet and kind. Apparently the place has only been open for 3 years, and hopefully many more to come because they're doing something right.
