Was very loud but it was game day. Food tasted excellent but it's expensive really for chicken wings. Service was not good. Had a male server he took out drink and app order. Delivered drinks after a while . He took our order a girl delivered our food. We ordered another drink that took forever to get we were done eating by the time we got our drinks.She took away our dirty dishes, gave a extra napkins, gave us to go boxes, and finally he gave us the check. Idk if he was new or not or that's the way they work things there but that girl was great and I bet a lifesaver to the guy. Wished we could've tipped her instead.

I did a take out order of boneless wings. when I arrived to get them, there was no one to help me, and I had to hunt down a waitress, who told me someone would help me soon, while she went and seated 4 other groups of people instead of getting my food order. My food was cold and soggy after she told me it was fine. Not a good experience. My home town BWW is top notch, this one doesn't care about their customers

Very badly served the truth the waitress Crystal, the attends reluctantly we asked her for some glasses of water and she never brought it to us, I do not understand why they come to work if they come from bad desire, and we also asked for some margaritas and one of the daisies had a mosquito inside, and she did not even apologize for the truth very badly service

Cannot express how impressed I am with the service this time. Our server was Erin and she was the best server I’ve had at any restaurant. Very kind, considerate and didn’t leave us hanging. The food came out very fast and she stopped by our table quite often to make sure everything was well, kept on our drinks and bottomless apps, I spilled my drink everywhere and she hustled to help me clean the mess, very impressed and will hope for this server next time I’m here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I waited for half an hour to be seated and were put on a waiting list just so a family of 4 to walk in with no reservation and get seated immediately. If you’re going to keep a list of people waiting for a table, stick to it. On top of that, it was that manager who did it! Horrible service and management. That will be the last time we visit.

I love bww. I ordered the traditional wings with the dry rub. It tasted good but the wings were dried out. I'll get the buffalo sauce next time.

I ordered wings. Half garlic, half honey mustard, but I got ranch. Instead ordered a beer. I had to ask again and again for his drink. Sorry i shouldn't have to ask over and over to get what I ordered. I'm not happy. About the service 😡

I travel very frequently for work and have been to dozens of BW3's this year. Gaylord, MI has been my best experience. The bartenders are top notch and the food is as good or better than other BW3's I have have visited. Cheers and thanks! Update: same is true years later
