My husband and I visited the Gaylord location on Friday February 28th 2025 and had a great experience. Our server was extremely busy and still managed to reach all our needs. Brooke did an amazing job!

first of all, when we asked our waitress Cloey to explain the details of a drink, she looked clueless and didn’t know how to explain it or what it would include. Then, once my friend ordered her drink she was bought the wrong drink. The same friend ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, and for it to be grilled.. Once the food came, it was in fact not grilled and my mother’s food came with the wrong side that was ordered. Finally, we ordered a side of fried pickles, which was forgotten and we had to REMIND our waitress to bring the side that was ordered. We never got the side of coleslaw that was ordered, even after reminding the waitress.

Ordered wings for work had delivered door dash which had to wait almsot 15 min to get order drove straight here elss than 5 min. the wings were absolutely so old and disgusting. ripping through the bottom.of the box. $40 for wings that no one could eat slimy ice cold absolutely disgusting. They did offer to bring out new wings. I will give them that they tries to fix it. I was at work so lunch was 5 hoirs prior to that so no reason to bring them to my work.

Our server, Katelyn, was incredibly attentive and very informative about the menu!! Our drinks were always topped off!! The food was excellent , the server was extraordinary and the atmosphere very sports themed, all and all great experience
