I ordered wings. Half garlic, half honey mustard, but I got ranch. Instead ordered a beer. I had to ask again and again for his drink. Sorry i shouldn't have to ask over and over to get what I ordered. I'm not happy. About the service 😡

I travel very frequently for work and have been to dozens of BW3's this year. Gaylord, MI has been my best experience. The bartenders are top notch and the food is as good or better than other BW3's I have have visited. Cheers and thanks! Update: same is true years later

We come every Tuesday afternoon. We are always greeted with a smile by Jacqueline. She is the best server/bartender we’ve had for so many years. Always so attentive. Always so impressive to see the amount of business she handles all by herself with no help. I know the customers notice it, I sure hope management does. That’s why I’m here writing this. She definitely deserves the recognition.

Always thought buff was my go to while traveling... found a location that finally proved me wrong. Food was all cold Stale fries and boneless wings.

Waited for nearly a half hour to get seated. I had called at 11am to reserve a spot for 2 and was told they could do that. A man and his teenage son walked in and stood in front of the crowd waiting to be seated, and another woman came up and seated them first. The man said they just came in to sit at the bar. She proceeded to tell him there's no bar spots but she seated them before the other 5 separate couples waiting for their seats. At that point we walked out.
