I had a bad day and after getting my food I reflected on the fact that this is the only fast food location in Gaylord that's never messed up my meal and never had a bad attitude. I've been stopping at this location every year on my way to the U.P. as a child and it's always been pleasant. Now I live near by and the only thing that's changed is the building. Keep up the good work.“
