When you get sick of waiting in the Wendy's drive thru just cross the street to BK.
9pm September 9th. Just got a simple order. Texas double whopper with fries and a dr pepper. Side order of nuggies for my dog. As a google tour guide its always fun to me when I get to write a really nice review. The woman who seemed to be running the place was fantastic and friendly. The other staff member I met was also fantastic. My food was perfect to say the least. Those fries.... make this location your fry standard. Seriously perfect. Burger King is a mixed bag for customers in the area. While the food is standard Burger King fare, the service can be hit or miss. Some customers have experienced issues with the staff, including poor communication, incorrect orders, and a lack of responsiveness. However, others have praised the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially in the drive-thru. The restaurant's facilities could use some upgrades, with the building in need of renovation both inside and out. The breakfast menu seems to be a highlight, though customers should be aware of potential issues with the fryers or limited menu items. The cleanliness of the restaurant is generally good, and the modern décor makes it a comfortable place to relax. Many customers appreciate the quick service, especially during busy times, and find the portions and food quality to be good value for money. The drive-thru remains convenient, and the staff, when polite and attentive, create a welcoming atmosphere. Recent reviews mention a mobile order mistake where cookies replaced toys in kids meals, and the inconvenience caused when asked to bring cookies back in for a swap, which was not ideal. Additionally, there was a concern about a spider near the entrance that should be addressed. Despite these issues, some regular visitors note that this is the only fast food location in Gaylord that has consistently provided good service and quality food, and they appreciate the care taken in food preparation. The restaurant continues to be a familiar, pleasant spot for many customers.
