Ordered 2 Whopper Jr's. 1st one had mustard all over the top buns top so had it remade. 2nd one had 2 slices of pickles which was supposed to have extra pickles, and a tomato slice the size of a silver dollar.
The Whopper my girl Ordered was supposed to be no pickle which they put on and then removed as she could taste pickle juice.
Very unhappy with our meal.
Talked to the manager who told me that he had no idea how to fix the situation, so maybe they need a new manager more focused on customer service.

I asked for a wrap a chicken wrap with hashtag zesty sauce, and when I got my meal, it was all crushed and smashed and smeared down together, not made with any kind of love. They treated me disrespectfully when all I asked them to do was remake.My sandwich.

My order got screwed. For the 10th time now I recommend no one to get their food at the north one bc they will screw you over ! When you tell them no lettuce you come home and find out there's lettace on it ! The workers aren't good the whole franchise is bad!

I visit this location frequently and never have any issues but tonight when I put my To go order for a trio deal with a drink. When my food came it was put on a dine in tray when I said the order was to go then I left all the way home and noticed I was not given my drink. I then go all the way back and ask the manager for my drink and if I could have another for the inconvenience of them forgetting to give me it and that now I have to eat my food cold and she tells me no that I was there and I could of said something. I then told her it is not my job to remind them to complete my order and have everything I paid for on it to which she reply’s no have a good night. Incredibly rude management to tell me it’s my job to make sure I get what all I paid for? Won’t be revisiting for a while with how they treat their customers.
