Put a mobile order in, in the mobile order I had 2 kids meals, with a toy selected for both, when we got the order they put a cookie in the kids meals instead, when I walked back in to get it fixed, I was told I had to walk BACK out to my car, grab the cookies and bring them in to get them swapped. So they messed up part of my order, and then wanted to waste more of my time for them to fix it. Not very good service, there was also a pretty big spider chilling by the door going in. They should probably take care of that

Thank you for always being polite and making my food with care. I had a bad day and after getting my food I reflected on the fact that this is the only fast food location in Gaylord that's never messed up my meal and never had a bad attitude. I've been stopping at this location every year on my way to the U.P. as a child and it's always been pleasant. Now I live near by and the only thing that's changed is the building. Keep up the good work.

Worst place ever, they hire young kids to do the dirty work, Mgr Kim is the worst of them all, my kid got hurt here and kimmy, acted like it was her fault, then she would not put my daughter on the schedule for 5 weeks, and my daughter kept asking for work, then had the nerve to tell her she was replaced by female Jamaicans. Hope this place goes under. Darin, you have a lot of stupid people in your management.

Whopper no pickles and no ketchup what is wrong with the establishments these days !!
I have issues with their customer service. One time I got there around 6 am (when they open) and had to drive around and honk multiple times while they ignored me only to finally come on the speaker to say they're closed bc of their fryers. Ok fine but let someone know. Make a sign, come on the speaker when I first pull up. Don't straight look at me and ignore me. Then I give them another chance (not much is open at this time) they get my order wrong then very passive aggressively tended to the wrong order. I suggest McDonald's down the street.

I never thought I'd write a review for a Burger King, but now that I've visited this location several times, I wanted to highlight the good things happening there. The food is Burger King food, so nothing special. The real gem here is the bulk of the staff I've encountered. I always go through the drive thru when I come here and almost every staff member I've encountered has been kind and very professional. Keep striving for excellence and know that you're appreciated.

The South Location in Gaylord recognizes veterans and first responders, which is good because this one doesn’t. I will take my business to the south end whenever I want Burger King….

Visited on 2/11/2024 for lunch and had burger and fries. Horrible food poisoning as result! Place was dead when I was there. Only one other family was eating in the restaurant. Didn''t appear dirty but it was dead given the time of day. Obviously food was not fresh since I got severe food poisoning after eating there.
