We ordered carry out at the Gaylord store. Got home and my husband's Crispy Chicken Club sandwich didn't have a top bun. He said that it tasted good but it seems like every time we go there, they forget something.

This is the second time at this location. The first time we went in and sat down and the second time was through the drive-through. Both times our food came out cold, cheese is not melted. Burgers are very thin. Not worth the money.

Great food it has flavor, the hard working staff ask them about menu they know. Wonderful atmosphere,some fantastic, very clean only been to 2 of them both equal . They are opening the closest one to me soon SAULT STE MARIE MI. hour and half away from my house. Oh great Root beer also.
