They need to just close down and go away. If you can’t be there during the hours, you say you’re going to be then just close the restaurant down and find somebody else to run the franchise. These people are terrible.

Went here once. It was market workers being forced to work the DQ counter. Not trained well. Food took forever. I love grille and chills and I refuse to ever go to this DQ ever again. It's sad because alot of them are so good. But this location makes me forget it's even there.

I've never had an outright bad experience here...when I'm actually able to be there when they're open. They say they're open a certain time, but then are closed during a time they say they're open. They won't even change their sign; even a makeshift, hand-drawn sign explaining the situation would've been acceptable, but they don't even do that much.

4 YEARS later and still way to slow! Sorry not sorry but this place is terrible!! WAY TO FREAKING SLOW! 4 cars left the line behind us. It's a wonder this place is still open for business.

3 strikes and you're out. We will never go to this Dairy Queen again. This was the 3rd, and last time, we waited in line at the drive thru for 10 minutes plus and not one car moved. We got out of the line and went thru McDonald's, got our ice cream there for less than half the price and the cars were still at DQ had not moved. Done with this place! PATHETIC

*Edit*
I received a notification that I had a response to my review. I have read reviews for half an hour. I think I saw 2-3 positive reviews. All the others, like mine who said they got bad food for horrible customer service, got a computer generated response saying that they are sorry we had a bad experience and hope we give them another chance!!! No freaking thank you!!! I'm amazed that you are still open. I worked in a few fast food restaurants and customer service was always beat into our heads....and food prep/presentation/ properly made. Your franchise misses all 3 of these. Do better!! It's not cheap to eat there. Give customers what they are paying for...not garbage. Totally disappointed after reading these other reviews. Just wish I had read them BEFORE I went. $14 in the trash can 5 minutes later. Unbelievable.

Stopped in for a Flurry. I got the New York cheesecake. I've had this in several other locations. This one tasted total different than any others I've had....and it was brown. Never had one that color. Few bites have next stop for gasoline it went in the garbage. Went through the drive through. The employee sounded like she was having a really bad day. Won't be back.

I waited for my food for 40 mins. Once it was finally ready, the burgers were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. Took the burgers back to the counter, and they threw them in the microwave to warm them up, lettuce, tomato and onion, and all!! I have never had such a bad experience at a dairy queen before!!!

What a great idea to have this DQ inside of a grocery store ? ? ?

This is the first DQ I’ve ever seen inside a grocery store! The tables and chairs were worn from age, but the food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick. It was the perfect quick, inexpensive (late) dinner for a group of weary travelers staying the night in Gaylord.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for even the pickiest eaters.

Service here is horrible, they don't want to be there and they definitely do not care about the customers. Horrible attitudes and the wait times here are ridiculous

I liked the animal cookie blizzard. My food wasn't very good. Well I had to eat a dry burger and extra dry fries with no ketchup after coming here with my family and purchasing food and ice cream for everyone. The burger had the tiniest amount of ketchup I'd ever seen. They had the nerve to demand I pay 99 cents for a packet of sauce to go with my food...? I was still going to buy a sauce because the food was almost inedible as dry as it was, but the lady automatically acted like I didn't have the money to get a sauce and waved me off towards where we were sitting in a condescending way.It was also very difficult to get service in the first place, and I had to wait for about 8 minutes to ask her for a spoon since we didn't get enough of them for our ice creams. The store doesn't even have any spoons or sauces available for customers to get themselves like every other fast food restaurant does. I am not sure why they treat that stuff like gold here.I could buy a whole bottle of ketchup or honey mustard for 99 cents, and considering the fact that it's inside a grocery store, I would recommend you do that if you plan to eat at this Dairy Queen. Would I come here for food again? Probably not.

Kid-friendliness: There's really nothing for small children here. No high chairs or anything.
