The taste of the beef, shrimp and chicken was superb in the rice with sauteed vegetables. The cherry margarita just topped it off. The waiters were quick and delightful with authentic music in the background. Would recommend this for a great date night.

We got spoiled living in Sterling heights with very good authentic Mexican cuisine. El Patron is right up there with the best of the best. Our food was superb! Flavors meshed well together, presentation was beautiful and service was top notch! I had Enchalada de Jaiba, best I've tasted!! My fella had a wet burrito and was just as amazed as I was.

The wet burrito was supreme, and the largest burrito on the menu is huge and an adventure. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality are great, with excellent service. Anyone who passes by or comes to Gaylord, it is well worth your visit for authentic Mexican food. While some meals may have limited portions, the quality is generally good. The restaurant's setting is a departure from typical Mexican decor, and the staff is friendly. However, be aware that chips and salsa are charged separately, and prices are higher than at other local Mexican restaurants.
