I really hate to complain, but I went to the Gaylord Firehouse and there were only 2 people working at noon on a somewhat busy Thursday. The lack of staff left the restaurant largely ignored and in need of attention. I ordered a small Italian sub and small fountain drink. Personally, I cannot stand drinking fountain pop without ice and the machine was empty. When I brought it up to one of the employees, he apologized and mumbled an excuse incoherently. That was it.
