Service was good, but for 1st time, jimmy johns kinda let me down.. some reason the drink machines drink products tasted watered down, and the sub didn't really taste the usual best. I'll probably give em there another chance sometime. Hopefully, next time, it'll be good

The portions are nice but the bread is tough like its day old. I say that as some one who was a manager at JJ's for a little over a year. I thought the bread was the "key" at Jimmy Johns?

Ordered delivery from Jimmy John's and I'm highly impressed with the quality of the food, and the value of how much I got for 20 bucks. I will say I'd appreciate them having more vegetarian options, but the veggie sandwich I got was so tasty! Sauces are on point here and lettuce is extra crispy. Delivery came on time and delicious!

Vegetarian options: Variety of options is lacking for sure, but their veggies are fresh and they do have options...
