Words cannot describe how horrible this place is. Stopped with my kid and got us each a mashed potato bowl. Both had chicken (kinda) that was old and 80 percent breading. A couple years ago they redid the kfc in gaylord and I thought it would get better. It’s never been good. Corporate should really pull their franchise. Absolutely disgusting.

Worker was out in truck smoking pot on her break when we got there , restaurant was dirty table were not wiped , same worker took our order and was talking really loud and shouting commands over her shoulder to back workers, order was wrong after we got it ,asked for all white meat and got legs in order .

Our KFC has been horrible for years and I will admit it has gotten a little better but it is still extremely slow, when I did DoorDash I wouldn't be waiting a half hour in the store sometimes. God forbid you order something on the app to eat in the store and when you get there you order an extra side and then you have to wait 20 minutes for that one side. The employees are more friendly and reasonable than they used to be but I feel the food quality has went down and the store procedures cause delays and food of lower quality.

Worst KFC I ever been to. Placed order at drive thru and was told they would bring it out in a few minutes.after 20 minutes I went inside and was told that they forgot to put my chicken in to be cooked so they offered me a refund and then they said it would only be 40 more seconds. I got my order which was a complete meal and after I got down the road a few miles I opened the box and all I got was a few chicken nuggets and a roll !! This place should be shut down for good, appsalutly filthy. Chicken nuggets were overcooked so I couldn't even eat them. Sorry Gaylord you should run them out of town

We had a crazy day! Had to drive 2 hours there just to turn around & drive back. Got to KFC 5 min before close, starving. Robin was the most friendly amazing person ever! She had a GREAT attitude with us even tho we were so late. Keep her, she's awesome! Thanks again Robin you are the best!!!!
