We had a crazy day! Had to drive 2 hours there just to turn around & drive back. Got to KFC 5 min before close, starving. Robin was the most friendly amazing person ever! She had a GREAT attitude with us even tho we were so late. Keep her, she's awesome! Thanks again Robin you are the best!!!!

Went threw t drive threw n when I ordered 2 lg potatoe wedges apparently u pay more n get less then b4 anyways we only got 1 potatoe wedge n over half of t small fri box was fries not potatoe wedges im so freaking pissed
They are always out of extra crispy chicken, an older lady was screaming and belittling other employees when I was in there and she was very rude… the name on the receipt said her name was Andy. Every time I go there I get charged a different price for the same exact thing which I brought up to her she then told me she had been there 2 years and that’s how she was told to ring up my order… she was extremely rude!!!

Potato wedges? Nope a few skimpy wedges mixed in with their fries is what you will get. This has happened twice now and they are clearly trying to get away with using their fries as filler when you order wedges.

Ordered online for pickup this evening on my way bk home and when I went to eat my meal they didn't give me my coleslaw but everything else was there

Pre-ordered and pre-paid, schedule a pickup time on thir app, and when I got there not only was the order not ready but they said they forgot all about it. Today was actually the second time they neglected to have my pre-order ready. When I said forget it, just give me my money back they said they couldn't do that. They made me waiy for the order. To be fair, the manager did throw in a chocolate cake for making me wait.
