We had a crazy day! Had to drive 2 hours there just to turn around & drive back. Got to KFC 5 min before close, starving. Robin was the most friendly amazing person ever! She had a GREAT attitude with us even tho we were so late. Keep her, she's awesome! Thanks again Robin you are the best!!!!
Potato wedges? Nope a few skimpy wedges mixed in with their fries is what you will get. This has happened twice now and they are clearly trying to get away with using their fries as filler when you order wedges.
I don't feel it's hard to go through the process of getting a order right if proper training and protocol is being taught and taken place let alone being heard properly. Management needs to be checked. It's a consistent issue it appears. Or they need new mic/ headset systems, and its just not being heard properly. Get a order sqreen up so the customer knows it was misheard. Issues and solutions need to be addressed. Management to owner.
