Pre ordered, waited an hour and 20 minutes. They forgot about my order. Had to get a refund. They were so good before. What happened?
The employees are rude!! The service is slow and lately the food has been over baked and almost burnt. The will not honor the offers that appear in the app and tell you if you want to pick up your order through the drive-thru, you have to call in your order but when you call, most of the time no one answers.
I placed my order online, picked it up and it wasn’t correct. Went back inside to have it fixed, 20 minutes later.. it’s still not correct. When I asked to speak to someone about it, the boy looked at me like a deer in head lights. Three employees… one customer… can’t figure it out.
Also, closing at 8pm even on weekends, is crazy. Turning people away as soon as 7pm because they didn’t want to make it.
