I’ve been coming to this store for the past year for various online/pickup/drive through orders. This place is the epitome of backwoods restaurants barely holding on. High turnover, bad attitudes, poor hygiene, the list goes on.Regular 45+ minute wait. Orders given out wrong.Once I got a pizza for free. I drove up to the window and they just handed it to me.One time I walked in and listened to the front desk employee talk to a delivery driver for fifteen minutes before addressing any customers.If something goes wrong you might get to hear the manager yelling at his staff for problems he caused. Maybe you should learn to motivate your staff instead of acting like a hardass in a ball cap.I seriously pity those working food service as this is seemingly becoming more common.I don’t want a refund, I don’t want a free pizza. I want the service I pay for and NOTHING else.

You walk in and the employees pretend you’re invisible, like they are scared to even greet you. Nobody is friendly there.

Used to be my favorite place but unfortunately that has changed. Have went for a lunchbox 3 or more times with none available. Pizza has been burnt a few times. Workers don't seem very pleasant or happy but today the lady was a little better than the younger gal that works there. Put a smile on, act happy... I hope they can get it together. Can't beat the prices!

This is the worst little Ceasers I have ever been to they aren’t at all friendly and they mess up most of the time and unfortunately it just doesn’t taste like it used to I am definitely not going back again bad experience every time.

Thay have no clue how to make a thin crust and that don't cut the pizza all the way threw them manager wanted to argue with me iv gotten meany from them first 1 that bent vary rude people I understand that's the problem hiring kids

The food was hot but they skimped on the butter & parmesan on the crazy bread. It took 3 people to figure out who was on the register to ring my order up. Other than that it was a pleasant

Messed up the Deep Dish Supreme Pizza big time so GROSS and the pizza dough was not cooked all the way , the dog wouldn't even eat it ! , only contact with the drive thru was what's the name on the order ? No thank you nor have good night so rude.Today Saturday June 20th was hung up on by the morning manager at Little Caesars in Gaylord so RUDE !!

My family and I tried to get a quick bite to eat on Christmas Eve @8pm I walked to the front door to find out it was locked we figured the lobby was closed we tried to go through the drive through parked for a few minutes with employees walking by the window ignoring us when we finally decided to go elsewhere a man and women were seen behind the counter counting cash with the women scolding us displaying the middle finger, extremely disappointed with the lack of work ethic from some individuals.
Been going there for years. My sons favorite pizza, unfortunately the quality of foods are dropping fast. Pizzas are extremely greasy. Thin crust on one side, thick crust on other, won't even hold up just falling apart thin. Sauce is super spicy one time and not the next, like ingredients not mixed well.

I usually grab a "Hot and Ready" for the road when going downstate and Little Caesars still has the best flavor of the chain/franchise Pizzarias! I have tried most of the big chain varieties but I am bias because I have ancient history with Little Caesars from my youth...lol Although, I still think the old way was best....

The management is horrible! So I had got 2 pizza. One was a thin crust that was pretty much uncooked that the dough wasn't cooked! The manager said it because they are short staffed and he made my pizza. How did you make it to manager if you don't how even make them yourself SMH!
