Reading some of the reviews of this place is so silly. Especially the one that returned their well done steak 3 times.
Like seriously? You have the nerve to get your flavorless rubber 3 times and cause a problem, then leave a 1 star review? Pathetic. People like that don't deserve good food.
This place is awesome. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a huge portion of food for a very affordable price.
Will be coming back here for sure! To those that like well done steak, go somewhere else or make your unseasoned gross concoction at home and save the steaks for people who enjoy good food.

The waitress didn't touch any dirty plates on our table and just kept bringing more plates overloading our table until we had to make a special request. Then when the food arrived almost all the sides were cold. The petoskey branch is soo much better. When I asked if there was and specials or deals the waitress said that they don't do that here. Not a very pleasant dinner for my birthday meal.

We were there for a Christmas party..had a fabulous time with our people..what I Really want to leave a review for is Emily..our server. She Was Amazing..we are still talking about her Grace, speed, sense of humor, and all out Top Notch service she gave us. I couldn’t Believe it when she told us it was her first waiting job..she waited on us service vets as if she were one herself..full of confidence and knowledge and patience. If you happen to eat there..ask for that lady..Emily..you’ll have a great experience. You Rock Emily!
P.S. on a side note..Tiffany is The Best Bartender and hard worker in this area..consider yourselves Very fortunate to have her at you establishment.
I can’t wait to come back and have those ladies wait on me again. ❤️

My meal was not very warm and the prime rib was cold. I ordered medium rare and got raw. The manager has no concept of customer service. She did offer to have my prime rib redone, but it wasn't worth the effort and I told her so. Her reaction was pretty much, of well. I did not want my meal comped, but I have never had a manager be so indifferent as a customer.
