Fresh and tasty! Friendly staff and large portions! The smoky poblano soup was amazing. We also enjoyed the little Saigon bowl and a build your own salad. So good and enough left over for our next meal! As a GF/DF person, I was impressed to see the menu noted gluten free and vegetarian. It was almost closing time but the very pleasant young man told us to take our time. Could not have been a nicer meal! Thank you, Mai Salads

Great fresh food, awesome service. I travel nearly every week, and I've had the pleasure of working in Gaylord several times over the last year... I go to Mai Salads for literally every meal in town now. Even going months without being in town they remember my preferences and take excellent care of me. The Saigon Garden bowl is amazing and The Little Saigon (I get with Tofu) has such a perfect combination of flavor and consistency without feeling heavy to eat. Mai Salads...
