YIkes, put our order in at the kiosk and wated over 20 mintutes for 3 wraps in a bag to get back on the road. The staff were nice but we dont need freinds: we just wanted food

I waited 30 minutes in line at the McDonald's in Gaylord mi. It is called a FAST - food chain for a reason. This has happened the past several times I've been here where I have had to wait long periods of time to get my meal. When I go out for fast-food I usually have to be somewhere quickly. I already do the ordering for you, all you have to do is cook the food, and it's frozen. Let's not kid ourselves here. What's even more funny about this whole situation is that someone walked past us and went to burger king and walked back in front of us in the McDonald's parking lot.

Good place to stop if you are traveling with kids. Clean restrooms and clean kiosks. Very close to the highway entrance and exits.

They need more help. Stood waiting for 15 minutes with 10 or more of my closest non friends after kiosk ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. Poor lady at the register kept apologizing and yelling for help upfront. No one ever helped her.

Do you guys even hire cashiers anymore? I never see a person at the counter literally every employee is in the kitchen. Wouldn't be a problem if their order machines worked properly but today I was set to complete an order at 5:25pm, I had to sit and wait because of a kiosk error for 10 minutes before an employee came to the counter to start handling the customer in front of me while another employee just chilled at the other register propped on it just watching an exchange happen.
I understand rushes and under staffing but it is NEVER acceptable to not even be acknowledged by a staff member. I had to initiate conversation with the guy just chilling and realized I wasted all of my time trying to even complete an order.

Was a typical McDonalds my only issue was the lady taking my order with an ear bud in talking to someone. Stop to handle the issue at home and then proceeded to finish my order

I wish I could give zero stars to the garbage of a place. 30+ minutes waiting for a simple order placed through the app. Then cold food. Staff was terrible. Whatever is worse than terrible.

Took over 20 minutes to get my iced coffee and there was no line not sure what is going on here. A lot of people that don't speak English working behind the counter.

Typically this is worth the wait for your food but today was a hot mess. Not sure if there was a new hire taking orders but after the second lane got served and I waited four orders before my lane ever got addressed I left. I did mention to a young man taking out garbage what happened and he was very polite and apologized.
