McDonald's in Gaylord, MI is okay overall. The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, and it's convenient for a quick stop. Service can be a little slow at times, but it's not terrible. Not amazing

Five stars because the ice cream machine is never broken! Service is actually pretty dang good at the Gaylord location compared to many in the southern USA. People are actually friendly here!

DONT GO HERE!!! The workers stand in the back giggling on their phones while there are people standing waiting for help. 25 minutes to get our food and they mess up the order. There is one guy doing his job while 3 girls stand and giggle. You’re paid hourly to do your job, do it. This is sad. It’s McDonald’s for crying out loud, just help the people who have been standing around waiting for 20 minutes. The employees and management are more focused on hanging out after work and talking about something on their phones.

25 mins in an unbusy restaurant to get an order that was missing items. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes waiting while the manager and fellow employees stood there and giggled on their phones making plans for hanging out after work. Your employees at management at this location cares more about their cellphones on the clock than their customers.

Cashier more interested in talking to coworkers than waiting on customers. Waited 4 minutes for her after manager told her we were there. Scrambled eggs were runny, biscuit hard, butter hard, rest of breakfast only lukewarm. Women’s bathroom was horrible. Toilets unflushed, garbage can full, small trash can spilled all over the stall floor. Toilet very difficult to get to flush. At that point we just left our food and went on our way. We won’t ever return here.

Horrible customer service. I order 10 apple pies at the drive thru window. They told me it would be a 12 minute wait and was perfectly fine with that. BUT after a half hour of waiting I went in to retrieve my 10 apple pies. Nobody knew where they were at. Then after 5 minutes the girl behind the counter said they were being boxed up. 10 minutes later I walked out with my apple pies. Just so unbelievable how did organized this place was. Then while I waited the 15 minutes inside, I was privileged enough to watch two employees screaming at each other in the back making the food. So, good job McDonald's for making me wait 45 minutes for 10 apple pies!

YIkes, put our order in at the kiosk and wated over 20 mintutes for 3 wraps in a bag to get back on the road. The staff were nice but we dont need freinds: we just wanted food
