Drive thru attendant was given the money for our order. Gives us the wrong receipt. We get to pick up window we was told they wanted to give us 8 dollars back and we needed to then pay another 29.35 for our meal after we already paid that. The manager held us up over 25 minutes along with rest of the drive thru. Manager very unprofessional and very rude. Finally I told her keep the 30 dollars and the 8 dollars a stick the meal in her ear. Went to B.K. Never again will I ever eat at Gaylord Michigan McDonald's.

I was the only one inside. Waited so long for a caramel frappe my food was cold by the time I got it. The drive thru line was also empty. Not impressed.

This is the worst fast food location I have ever experienced they literally push every car up to the line so they get their time in what they don't do is get the food out in a timely fashion & they don't feel that's an issue News alert -that's y u have the time counter not to bypass it with every customer

All I gotta say a lil over a yr ago 4 a 20pc chicken nugget, LG fry, LG drink costed under $10 & now it's almost $20 19.47 is what i paid t other night, and in t 90s it was costed under $10 2 feed a family 4 n that was getting like 3 meals xLG n a happy meal n a few x items n u still got change back t food tasted so very much better n was worth it
