The amount of food in the bowls for the price and the less than half a bag of chips with chips and queso is a large disappointment today. I get having bad days or just being busy. I usually love going but this trip I've decided that I'll choose elsewhere for a good while.

We stop by this Qdoba anytime we pass through to go north on Vaca. Which is often. It's never consistent. I always order the naked burrito chicken bowl with extra protein and it's very little everything. Even the pickled onions which I ask extra for. It's never consistent and it frustrates me. Always busy, highly recommend ordering through app to have it ready when you arrive.

I don’t want to be too critical but the line look a long time to move as there was only one worker working until the manager stepped in to help check people out. Professional but nothing to friendly. I am trying to give them some slack due to the possibility someone called off and left them short.
The place was clean and had plenty of seating.
The food was tasty except for the burnt chips which we paid extra for. The portion size was the biggest issue. We ordered 3 bowls and they all were about half of what we normally get from just about every other place we have been. So don’t expect to leave overly full.

We coming home from a school trip and decided to go to Qdoba, food was gross and don’t recommend at all they were talking behind me and my classmates back and said one of them were a peice of WORK. After we ate the food, we all had bad tummy aches.🤮😡

We went for bowl takeout. The quantity was terrible for the price—the bowl was filled less than half. The guy at the front showed no interest in helping or serving. After the purchase, the girl at the counter kept reminding us about the tip despite the poor service they provided. Overall, a bad experience; I wouldn’t try this location again.

I've been waiting to try this Qdoba out. I've been to many down state. All of the were excellent. I was telling my son how good the down state restaurants were and this didn't disappoint. My son is a very picky eater and this is in his top restaurants. So now I have another place to take him. Our food was super good. And he ate every bite. Thanks we'll be back for him to try more.
Food was good as always except for the burritos being wrapped poorly. The service on the other hand was subpar. First thing upon entering I went up to say I was there for a mobile order, but that was too much to ask as I interupted the staff member talking to his friends seated in there. The rolling of the eyes and rude tone were unproffesional. Then I was told there was no steak which is alright. I can get chicken and be happy with it, except I wasnt given back the price difference between the two proteins. The only staff member that was nice was the one out sweeping, we had a conversation and he was keeping me updated on my ordered so thank you to that person.

The older lady was rude I thought she was going to cut my fingers off when I pointed a lot behind the glass . I get it but she was incredibly nasty . Management are you reading the reviews. Do you see a commonality??? I won't go here again

Always cashed in on big to go boxes of food then I'm starving for it hour later rice burns off fast all I khow but def still a five Star established
Found hair in my food and was not believed. I was rudely hung up on when I told her what color the hair was and she said that it would be hers but their would be “no way” it could be hers because she had her hair pulled back. (does not mean that your hair doesn’t break off) Also told me I had to take pictures of all the hair I found (in all of our food) I told her I didn’t have all the hair because one of them was eaten by our friend not realizing and my boyfriend has a phobia of that, so he threw his away, mine was the only one I was able to find. but after that she hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior working in the food industry.
