First time in my 33 years that I ordered food and ended up just saying “nevermind” and leaving. My niece and I walk in, try to order food, the First Lady in the line behind the counter was helpful and then the entire rest of the staff were a bunch of meth heads that can clearly not even think. The mean employee that was supposed to finish making my bowl left it on the counter for about 15 minutes while she was displaying erratic behavior just repeatedly opening and closing a quesadilla over and over. Then I asked if my food could be microwaved because it just sat there getting cold this whole time and she just yelled at me because apparently I touched the glass while I was asking for my food to be warmed up. And the people at the register were all fighting and there was utter chaos because someone wanted to use a coupon. The whole place is so shady and definitely unsafe so I said nevermind and just went to Applebees.

Tried to redeem a reward on the app and drove in to pickup the order and got a cancellation email and my reward disappeared. Very frustrating! Will be going back to Taco Bell from now on.

Foods good But last time I was told that they had Eliminated Straws for your Drink by a Less Than Friendly Manager……. Was told I had to go Nextdoor to the Burger King to get a Straw! ??♂️
