I appreciate everything about this store. My husband and I go to Starbucks all over Michigan and this one and its people are by far our favorite. Excellent attention to detail and service! Tell Clare and Steph Carl and Denise sent you!

Amanda makes this location shine! I love coming here as part of my routine because of the genuine connection and above and beyond service she gives her customers. All the baristas are friendly and make drinks really well! Cheers :)

We have ordered from this starbucks two times this last week and each time our order was not even close to being correct. The first time this happened this week we went back and had our orders remade, I shouldnt have to go back again. This was our go to starbucks because we always got the best serivce and our coffee was good but what in the heck happened? I gave this a 2 star because sometimes its good, but mostly its not. I wish I was getting what I ordered especially because I am spending 8 dollars on a coffee.

This is what this barista did... when she made the perfect cup of hot white chocolate for me... balanced and exactly as I requested.
I made a cold chocolate egg cup for my husband. He liked it very much...

They were almost out of every drink, super slow when there were only a few of us in line, flies everywhere! By the time I did get my drink it was not good.

Update to review. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, the barista almost smashed into my car in her dark blue ford fusion. She drove reckless out of the parking lot. Must have been in a hurry

When there is a line of 20 people and one person working they should shut off mobile orders
Had a closed sign on the counter - would give zero stars but there’s not an option for that.

The barista that served my oatmilk latte on June 16th at roughly 7 a.m. deserves a raise. By far the most exceptional service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks and the latte was surprisingly phenomenal! I have grown accustomed to enduring lousy service and a burnt latte in desperate times of need only when going to Starbucks but this barista killed it. Thank you! Give them a raise

Waited over 30 min for a mobile order… watched others get coffee that was ordered while I was waiting for mine
The lady’s in there are nice but they have no business being in customer service.. my girlfriend ordered a single drink and watched numerous people walk out with their order before receiving hers even though she ordered long before the others and THEN we get out to our car to realize that there was a hole in the cup which then leaked the drink all over my car.. 10/10 worst customer service ever..

A cup of coffee should never cost what several pots of coffee cost.Bring on the haters.
An okay experience, standard speed for any Starbucks. The staff aren’t especially friendly but my drink was made correctly. The store is clean.
