I'm LIVID that I'm forced to give them one star it should definitely be an option to give somebody zero Stars especially considering they did NOTHING .. this place thinks it's okay to refuse to serve us so that they can go home by 9:00. We walked in at 8:40..the doors were unlocked..as they should be ..they close at 9 ..they refused to serve us in an extremely aggressive and rude/evil way..my husband LOVES subway and goes as much as he can .. unfortunately we've moved from TN to MI lately and EVERY location in our area is TERRIBLE.. ESPECIALLY this one ..we WONT EVER BE GOING BACK ..I suggest anyone who refuses to be treated like trash doesn't either 💯💯💯💯

I ordered two sandwiches on the app yesterday (7/20) to pick up for our drive home. After we got on the highway and started to eat, we realized that the bread was stale which was a bummer. I have never had stale bread at a Subway location before, the bread is always so fresh.

Maybe im just picky having subway experience for almost 5 years. But I tried to make my customers food at least look appetizing, presentation was everything. How you presented the food as well as yourself. The sandwich artists looked miserable, couldn't smile and took about 4 times as long to make the subs as it should have. Rather than the sandwiches folding together nicely, everything fell out. Like they couldn't even attempt to make it stay together. Minimal handwashing, if any. Will be putting this on the list of subways I will never return to.

Both employees were very friendly. The young lady was kind enough to separate the two halves of my daughter's footlong & mark which one had sauce (the other didn't because she was saving it for the next day). Accommodating x 10 above normal service. Will visit again next time we're in Gaylord & in a Subway kinda mood! 😋
Had coupons which is why my price choice below is so low per person.

If you ask for heavy black olives and are willing to pay extra. The one lady won't let you. Says only 6 per side. That's not subways policy. Go to one of the other ones.. The one employee I feel for they were going to do it. Bad management at the subway by railroad tracks.

The girl who waited on us tonight, specifically with the blue hair was so rude! Immediately upon entering the store she asked us “you here for an online order?” We said “no” then she went to the back to do something and came back up and asked “what do you guys want?” My boyfriend placed his order first, then I proceeded with mine. By the time we got to the end of her making our sandwiches I was very upset because of her attitude and demeanor I wanted to walk out. My boyfriend and I sat down and ate our food while listening to her call someone to complain about a coworker and then slamming things in the front and back of the store. We were very uncomfortable and I told my boyfriend that I’d rather eat at home from now on than deal with the awful service that received.

There is no universe where the bread I had with my sub was "baked fressh"- maybe 2-3 days ago. Dry, crusty ends don't happen with fresh baked bread. What a waste of money. Definitely won't bother trying again.

This store is the worst.. The one in Walmart is a whole lot better but unfortunately when door dashing this the only one you can dash from .. so my daughter order us dinner and I order came they messed up on my sandwich it was just meat and bread and not a lot of meat so we reorder and the second one was messed up again does no one read correctly or even care about their customers or even there job.. it’s just sad I am in customer service and my customers are always appreciated first and foremost
