This place was absolutely packed this am, no spots in the parking lot with a line up at the drive thru and it only took 10 minutes to get my order! There were 4 cars in front of me, the staff here are on it and work like a well oiled machine! Very impressed with the speed and accuracy!
I am just writing to express my gratitude, me and my 3 friends were visiting cherry fest from canada, and decided to stay the night in gaylord, came by this timmies in the morning and it was SO PACKED. the wait was crazy, but the drinks were cold and yummy and the food was hot. they were super busy, i noticed the manager, i didn’t catch her name but she was making all of the food so fast whilst dealing with managing employees calmly, kindly, and completely relaxed. it...
We’ve been going to this location since moving to northern Michigan and Marcella, Esther and the rest of the crew are amazing! Even when they’re crazy busy they make you feel like the only customer in the store, like you matter.
