Ordered biggie bags x2 they forgot the chicken nuggets and the fries. Burgers burnt to a crisp. Wendys food is about as impressive as the exterior of the building. Disgusting food and poorly kept exterior.

I had to wait for 30 minutes for my food after I paid and they sold me a fountain drink when they were out of most strips without telling me before or offering a refund.

We went to get the Sponge Bob Colab meal. We were forced to get it as a triple. After contacting corporate we found that we should have been able to choose. Corporate is now investigating

Food is garbage so is the staff they can’t even open the inside to come in to order food there is always a line out the parking lot so slow I won’t go back

Ordered a baconator, received a double cheeseburger deluxe. Ordered the bacon double biggie bag. Received a plain double with no bacon. I understand getting messing up the condiment requests, but when I pay a premium for the better sandwiches, I need to at least receive the combo I ordered. They were polite, but that does not fix the fact that what I received wasn’t even the sandwich I ordered. I was still three hours from home, and could not wait for the order to be fixed, I had two kids and two dogs with.
Ordered a burger. No onions got onions. 16 fries was all I got and my soda which he forgot to give till I asked. He gets my soda and didn't put any ice in it. .. pay $12 for a meal and they mess it up. Why I always except today bring my lunch to work. I was to tired from working 2 jobs to pack one. Absolutely ripping people off. You guys are horrible.

Clowns fight in the kitchen at 11:00pm, and threaten you if you don't take there food, which is usually burnt or absent. They are very slow and loud, and Qdoba across the street is a better option. This is based on my experience , other people may feel differently.
