Today was the third time that they made my unwhich like a taco so I can’t even eat it. I work near here and recently started dieting, so this is like the only place I can eat and you lost me for good.
very slow service. ordered 2 sandwiches. 3 workers were just standing by the drive Tru window talking and laughing. While one person in the back ground was making sandwiches.

Jimmy John's offers great customer service and a clean dining area. The staff is respectful and professional, with the manager providing excellent service. The pickle wedge is tasty but small for the price, could use a sauce like chipotle mayo. Ordering online is quick, and the drive-thru adds to the fast experience. The food is delicious, and they even hand-fed a sandwich, living up to their "freaky fast" motto. Bonus points for not having babies working there.
