Really disappointed with their service the other day. While I was picking up an order that was taking forever to be prepared an elderly gentleman had been waiting over half an hour already for a burger, fries and a sub. The fries and the sub had both been sitting on the shelf behind the register while he waited for his burger to be made. He said something to the employee about how now he had to eat cold fries because they had been sitting there the whole time. Completely disappointed. Common sense would be to have the burger and fries come up at the same time.

Kinda bummed this place doesn't live up to the fantastic GR location.First of all, there's this loud, weird house music that's constantly playing that is not good if you are trying to have any kind of conversation. I understand this is a "sports grill" but maybe change up the tunes to something less headache inducing?Secondly, we weren't greeted very nicely and the hosts just kind of stared at us.Third, I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the garlic bread was BURNT. Like I took one bite and it tasted horrible.The waitress was nice enough and brought me a new order of garlic bread.Less burnt but still had that burnt taste. Not impressed. How do you mess up garlic bread?Needless to say, I wont be back to this location.

We took four of our kids out on a St Patrick's Day dinner outing - we generally go to the Allendale location, because we've just never had a great experience at Jenison. We decided to try again tonight since they were advertising SPD specials and we knew for sure we would have those options there. We got right in and were seated in the back - the room is basically a concrete box and I am well aware of how this will make me sound and I don't even care - the music was stupid loud. Our server took nearly ten minutes to come to the table and we had to ask for a SPD menu. Three of us ordered off the "adult" menu and three of the kids ordered from the kids menu. She knew NOTHING about any of the drink or food specials so I ordered water. Two of the three that ordered from the kids menu were given full size drinks - which we were charged for. When I asked about it, our server said we weren't but clearly were, then she said we were because they were full size and I told her we ordered off the kids menu so that wasn't our issue. We ordered mozz sticks - had to ask for them nearly 20 minutes after we ordered - they came out burned and cold, but our food came out thirty seconds later so we let it go. My husband's pizza sub was burned and he ate less than half, but the other five of us were good. I did eventually take a chance on the emerald punch which was delicious. It was a very frustrating dinner out - the only way we got refills before the bill was brought was because of my husband taking our empties to the bar for refills. From now on, we will stick with the Allendale location. They have their own wrinkles, but it's better than Jenison.

Bang bang shrimp was amazing! Our waitress was a little sloppy? Literally kept running into my chair and the table.
It was ok. We stopped by on a Sunday for supper. The service was ok. The atmosphere was ok. The food was ok. Pretty bland actually. A little seasoning really goes a long way. Probably would pass on a return visit. Lots of tvs though.
