Co-located within the Terrace Bay Hotel off of Lake Michigan, Biggby Coffee is a great place to stop to pick up a delicious cup of fresh Americano coffee. Friendly professional service and a clean, bright coffee shop.

Biggby is one of our favorite “Treats” we like to go to. We’re on our way home (9 hour trip) & decided to stop here on our venture. Espresso machine wasn’t working. So we got cold brews.
We asked to use a BOGO. Was denied because on Sundays it’s only free shot of espresso or zip. We gave our debit card and biggby card at the window. Was told we had a free drink on the card and out total was less. We asked if we could save our points for a freebie and the lady at the window said she doesn’t believe so but said she’d ask. While the window is still open- she called for two people. Nobody was answering so we told her it’s okay. Someone yelled across the room then and told the lady it’s okay. Leave it. Then walked over and did something to the screen. We paid full price and no points were added for today’s visit.

Nice coffee shop with a view :) the Terrace Bay hotel is what this shop is attached to, and they allowed us to go out back of the hotel to enjoy the sunrise over the lake. The coffee is delicious personal favorite is the Mint Mocha. The perfect blend of Mocha and a cool frosty mint like a york peppermint patty taste without being too sweet or rich. Also there pumpkin spice latte or breve is delicious when you can get it!

Great coffee. I had the French roast and the flavor was good without having a burnt taste. Conveniently attached to the hotel so guests don't have to go outside.

Now open at the Terrace Bay motel. We spent four days here. My wife liked their coffee. The Earl Grey tea tasted like after shave. Didn't like it myself. Bagels (they called them "bragels') were okay, the smoothies were pretty good. As the restaurant isn't open in the morning, this is your choice for breakfast. Service was efficient and friendly.
Parking: Right in front and a drive up window

Good coffee and food but the place is so poorly run and disorganized it about ruined our morning standing inside waiting for all of 45 minutes for breakfast sandwiches… as the drive through had no problem serving 15 cars in the time we waited. We get it, the customers might have contributed to the problem, but instead of watching the wrong customer repeatedly grabbing other people’s orders and saying nothing. Do your job and ask them to stop. Complete chaos this morning and then an employee acknowledges the problem by telling said customer “well we just started your order, you were grabbing other people’s food.” Oh so you knew what was causing the issue. Don’t stop unless you want to wait an hour for 2 breakfast sandwiches.
Not sure what happened to this place. Bagel & bacon were burnt & stale, service not the greatest.

Coffee! Open when others are not. Things around this location are being developed but this will be a good thing to have here.
