The food is actually not the strong suit. I mean it's mcdonalds. They're shakes however are a different story. The shakes have always been delicious. The drive through here in gladstone is fast and efficient. The people are usually friendly. Only issue is you do occasionally get cold food. But overall. Not bad.

Ordered off the app got to the drive through waited for probably 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge i was even there, then got to the window had to wait for my order which when I got my frappe is wasn't even half full and the other half was just cream, I went inside and told someone about it all they said was "yeah thats all i can get" didnt even care. Then got home missing French fries. Not the first time we've had just the most ridiculous workers working there. On top of that the food was lukewarm.

I went through the first lane and Somone rudely took my order just rushing it non stop then I waited 10 minutes for the first window. And Somone by the name of Nick was back there and had me pay for the wrong order not asking what I had or anything then got upset with cause I told him and acted annoyed like it was my fault just to wait even longer for the second window . BTW I only had 3 cheeseburgers overall 1/10
