We went to the saloon today. A table of 14. We had lots of options between Escanaba and Gladstone but decided on the saloon.
Not happening again. We were told with a party of 14 we get one check. We were five families. So we did our math and added everything. $317 bill. We were asked to leave at 12:20. An hour after we got there because they needed our table. It’s 2:20 on the afternoon. There were other tables. Seriously disappointed in our choice of restaurants

Went to see the icecaves and stopped for lunch, absolutely delicious blueberry beer, and we had a Philly chesse steak pizza and mushroom and Swiss with chips 😋definitely will return when we come camping up this way!!

Arrived at 8:25PM on 12- 28 to order take out and have a beer while we waited. Facebook hours stated closing time was 9PM. The people sitting at the bar informed us when we walked in that we were too late for food or a drink even tho the bar had 8-10 people sitting at it. We're trying to support this hometown eablishment but after two simular experiences it's getting hard to keep going back.

Mediocre pizza, not worth it unless you like burnt pizza.
The food was alright. When we ate in, we ordered different meals and they were pretty mid. When I ordered pizza, I ordered lite crust, but you could hardly eat the crust without breaking a tooth. Also, made a mistake while ordering online and tried to call to fix my order, but the phone line was disconnected. Probably would just get dominos next time; save a bit of money and get better pizza
As per the owners comment, he knows his pizza is trash and also recommends going to dominos

Best pizza I have had ever. The crust was amazing and not greasy. The flavor was awesome. We had the hamburger and BBQ chicken and oh my gosh worth every penny. Also ordered the Ruben sandwich and it was also delicious. The Staff was so friendly and stayed on top of my order which was a pick up.
