Service was Horrible! Sat at the drive through waiting for someone to take our order for over 2 minutes. Girl couldn't get the order staight.was extremely rude! pulled up ,order was handed to us..not a thank you..when I said thank you..all I got was a YEP!!!

Guy that served me did ok but the guy cooking acting big and tough back there was annoying and he sauced my sandwich so much that it was entirely sauce. Hire better people stop grabbing just anyone up especially for the price you pay

Not the greatest burger king have had a few incidents there and the food is never that good the pickles taste funny at this location,fries are always sauggy and barely salted if even at all then I had a girl working there mad over me asking for our drink 3 times and she literally began screaming coming out the window and then threw things condiments and straws in my window in fact I drive over 20 minutes to Harrison location.

I was traveling through Michigan and saw this BK. We no longer live near any BKs so when we found this BK we stopped. There was a friendly, helpful voice who greeted us and took our order. Food was hot and delicious just like we remembered. We didn't go inside we used drive thru so I can't say anything about that but it was easy to access in and out as it's off the main strip of town. Staff was friendly and again the food was hot and delicious. The only reason I gave 4-stars is because the menu wasn't the full menu we have in CA I couldn't get some favorites but otherwise definitely a great visit. It was like a great big hug from an old friend while traveling and who doesn't want a big hug?

Rae at the drive thru was not only rude but creepy. I’m not sure what I did to piss her off! She gave me the death stare when handing me the ranch I asked for after I waited for what seems like an extremely long time for our order! I even said “Wow!” with no break in the death stare on her part. And to top it off, the chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked in old oil and the fries were cold and soggy. I hope she has the day she deserves. Wont be back!
