This place always has happy people working and if they are not happy they still tell me I rule lol 😆 we have never had a bad burger or service. You ever had a whopper that didnt look like a commercial? I haven't, I always get the good ones! Food and employees keep it up gladwin you are better than the don don minus the fries 😉

The food looked an tasted gross my bun was soggy an had to come back for missing items we paid for an on top of that witness the store manger disrespect her crew worker at the window for no reason mind you he was very kind an on top of his station I was very patient an kind still due to the circumstances but very disappointed an probably won't be eating here again 😕

Every time I come into this Burger King I get good quality food. Very clean lobbies and restrooms. Sara one of the managers here is the kindest manager that I’ve ever met at Burger King. She is the face of Burger King hands-down. Merry Christmas team great job for making my day better.

Not too bad, but the fries are always double dipped. Rubbery and not fresh at all. The whopper Jr is the size of a slider and was luke warm. Seems to have gone down hill from what I remember it used to be. I travel to Gladwin a lot and usually eat here, but I think I'm not going to visit this location anymore.

Second review worse than first Drive thru server was rude. As she passed my order out the window she plainly said here and closed window, turned and walked away. Should have been my first clue. 3 time I've ordered 2 chicken honey mustard wraps and only received 1. I live 12 miles from town. And again no condiments or reciept. The worst service I've ever received from ANY fastfood joint EVER.

The crew was fantastic and really polite and friendly to my children, wife, and I even though we had an 85 dollar order. They did great and manager even jumped in the kitchen to help fill the order and keep drive thru moving as well. Thank you guys for everything!!

I made a mistake while ordering on the app my food ended up in St Ignace and Taylor the manager made it right God bless her she really surprised me and took care of business!!!! fantastic!!! The only thing I will order without regret is the Impossible Whopper. It’s quite delicious and is vegetarian and can be vegan by omitting the cheese. As far as fast food burgers this is the place to go if you’re looking for something healthier.

The lady (Sam) that works the drive through window really needs a different job. She was very rude…very mean. Gladwin has lost us as a customer.
Service was Horrible! Sat at the drive through waiting for someone to take our order for over 2 minutes. Girl couldn't get the order staight.was extremely rude! pulled up ,order was handed to us..not a thank you..when I said thank you..all I got was a YEP!!!
