Elk Lake bar was recommended to us by several people saying the fish dinners are the best. They were not lying. We ordered the perch and bluegill, both were cooked perfectly and the portions were spot on. Great location, clean and cozy inside and stellar service.
We popped in for lunch. My husband enjoyed their small batch nachos which had shredded cheese cheese melted 😋. I had their Michigan cherry wrap, it was what I needed. They make theirs with goat cheese. I'd like more sauce on it next time
Great little bar on a picturesque northern Michigan lake. Gail is an exceptional server/bartender with a great sense of humor. Good selection of beers and a good variety of food. Outside seating on the lakeside. You’re sure to meet interesting people and have a good time.
