Very unprofessional staff, I called the 1st time and they left me on hold for 15 minutes. I called back 2 other times and they answered and immediately put me on hold, wouldn’t even let me get a word in. I understand that places get busy, but it’s no excuse to completely disregard a customer. I just wanted to ask the wait time and I would have waited..very rude, will never spend my money at this location after this !!

It's a very good hungry Howie's you have the river next to the building you can look at the Riverwalk piere and hotel right across the road.
During the summer it's cool to sit outside if they have their benches out and feed the ducks the crust from the pizza they love it and it's a fun and nice experience

We get to indulge in HH once or twice a year while visiting and this year didn't disappoint! The pizzas we ordered were so fresh, and delicious. The Gladwin team knows how to please!

I called tonight to claim a free pizza from a previous mistake made by them. Instead of replacing my pizza with the square one originally ordered; they gave me a round pizza; which I've never cared for. Also we ordered a cheezy bread tonight and received a howey bread instead. Plus the pizza & bread were barely warm! This was already their 2nd chance. So within 2 orders they've screwed up my order 3 times. I won't be giving them a 3rd chance.
