The food was cold and the fries was old,cold and nasty. WHY????especially when we order it well done on the fish@chicken wrap and cooked to order on the fries. Look at MER#620272,they didn't even put down well done and cooked to order like we asked. ????? What's up with that????,EVEN SO THE FOOD SHOULD BE HOT AND FRESH!!!!!!

This location is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. You can literally never get fresh fries, there's always something wrong with our order, and heaven forbid they actually give you sauce. Then today I get this McChicken... It looks like someone threw a fit putting it together. So fed up, they need to learn some tips from the pinconning and Midland locations because I rarely have a problem with them.

The young man was so amiable & accommodating. My granddaughter rated this particular McDonald's a 6 out of 5. It honestly is probably the cleanest, friendliest McDonald's we've ever visited.

This mcdonalds has a bad reputation because it is always slow. I will not return. When I finally got my order, my bigmac was put in the bag upside down.
Waited 20 minutes after being pulled to get cold food and our order wrong.

The order was correct, one sausage egg mcmuffin with cheese, four sausage egg mcgriddles, and one large diet coke. Total was twenty seven dollars and some change. Why the two stars then? Every single Mcgriddle had cold griddles. Not warm like they are supposed to be, not room temp like they had just been sitting waiting for an order to come in but cold like they pulled them out the fridge right before putting them in the wrapper. The point of paying extra for a mcgriddle over a mcmuffin is the two warm (sometimes hot) mini pancakes instead of the muffin.
