I get a muffin sandwich on average 3 times per week. The muffin is never toasted. Why?????

I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, I’ve deleted my app due to this location and will no longer be shopping at this or any other McDonald’s establishment anytime in the near future. Over the last year or so, I’ve literally gotten raw sausage on a biscuit, food actually cold, 25 minute wait , lost reciepts, have had to literally tell the people what my order was, what drinks, because they probably cleared it and lost track. When I went in and complained about the raw I was told I was costing someone their job…guess I should have just ate it eh! Better I get sick than accountability be had…
I’ve only ever eaten out for convienience, and when they make it this inconvienient, Taco Bell and burger king now have my business in this little town. Never again , Gladwin mi location. Never again….

Simply ordered two large fries. Was only one other person in the drive thru, was not busy. Still, they pulled me ahead to wait on the fries. Had to wait over 10 minutes. How hard is it to keep fries ready on a saturday afternoon? AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SALT THEM!!! PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG!

Then The lady at the window asked for sweet and sour sauce. It's in the bag I said no it's not. I wouldn't be asking for it. I'll stick to Burger King. Better food, better service

If I could leave no stars I would. Order 5 sandwiches and drinks. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through on the mccrispy, no ketchup on another sandwich, and also wasn’t given any of the monopoly pieces. Called them, they fixed the order gave peel and plays that apparently the employees are not allowed to use, we’ll go to scan them and what do you know already used. This place is a joke and needs to be looked into,
This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My snack wraps were not cooked. Then when I asked for a refund was told I could not get a refund not only that I waited very long for my food. Do not go to this McDonald’s.

The food was cold and the fries was old,cold and nasty. WHY????especially when we order it well done on the fish@chicken wrap and cooked to order on the fries. Look at MER#620272,they didn't even put down well done and cooked to order like we asked. ????? What's up with that????,EVEN SO THE FOOD SHOULD BE HOT AND FRESH!!!!!!
