Good morning it is March 31 2025 at 8:35 this morning decided to get breakfast from Gladwin McDonald's lady who took my order and also lady who gave me my food very rude whatever happen to good morning with a smile instead of making ugly faces here's a tip when your working customer service be polite and pleaseant with all your customers or don't work customer service! It's McDonalds, what can I say about the food... the service at this specific location was top-notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I even had one employee going on break stop to make sure I had been taken care of. Whatever they are teaching their staff is working at this location. Keep up the great work!!
The girl at the counter offered to bring me .y meal,but I later found it at the front. She offered and didn't say anything. Rude !

I would be more impressed if they regularly didn’t forget sauces for nuggets… Or the caramel in the caramel macchiato… It’s the little things… Not worth going back for, but still inconvienience…dry bugs and no sweet caramel is not fun 4 minutes down the road when on a schedule…

Ordered a McFlurry, paid for it, got to the second window and was told they couldn't make it because the machine is down. Had me pull into a parking space and no one came out to give us a refund. Had to go inside to get it. Acted like they completely forgot about it. Not to mention this is also the most expensive McDonald's around.

With a little nicer restaurant when the old help and owner own the place the kids kind of ruined it but the food has stayed the same the price has gone way too high for what you get for a fast food restaurant drive through his way too slow start going to Taco Bell friendly nice service great prices
