Food is good, service absolutely awful. The girl with long brown hair and glasses was absolutely awful she should not have a job. This place needs to hire someone who knows how to handle busy restaurant and need to hire more staff or not have the other people just sitting around. We went in at 5pm didn’t get drinks until 525 and our order didn’t get taken until 545 and then took the table that came in 15 min after us order before ours. We got our food around 615 and then she had the audacity to kick us out because there was a reservation at 630. She never put my take out order in and never gave anyone refills. She was horrid. This place should NOT be taking reservations especially with the lack of seating they have.

We always hit Piper’s when we are staying at my buddies cabin in Gladwin! They are very accommodating and put up with our boisterous Keno playing! Lol

Very nice place.. The food is very good. I had the cheese pizza. The Ruben and Hamburger were very good also. The onion rings are huge and perfect. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff.

The food and service is excellent! HOWEVER the fact that they allow reservations is ridiculous. These girls loose SO MUCH MONEY!! We came in at 6:30 and all the tables had a 7:30 reservations. We scarfed our food down and watched at least 20 ppl leave because they couldn’t sit at the empty tables that had a reservation sign.

My husband & I went for dinner Thursday, I had shrimp, chips & cole.slaw. He ordered pretzel nuggets with cheese. My shrimp was good, Cole slaw was ok.. pretzel nuggets were burnt & tasted terrible with a half of bite of 1. Told the waitress so with a comment of they are darker than usual took the food & still left it on the bill. Never offered to remake them or if he wanted anything else! Questioned her & the response was...yes, I believe I left the pretzels on the bill??? Will never go back or tell everyone I know the story ? so unfortunate!!

My family and I came in after a long drive up north. We got there close to the kitchen closing and most of the tables were full. They said give us a few min and we'll get ya seated. They got us seated drinks and food ordered swiftly. Coming from the service industry and getting sat about the time of kitchen closing is frustrating. We were going to leave and go somewhere else or order fast food but the staff here were kind and asked for us to stay and eat. The food was delicious and I'll be sure to stop in again in the future!
