Best sub I’ve had at a subway, this place is one of the best and serve like the old days. I will stop here again when passing through the area.

Today they ran out of the meal of the day product because nobody put new on to cook and would be at least 20 minutes before it would be available. This happened at lunch time. They have run our if some products before but the MEAL OF THE DAY? Things have been off before but not like this.

Price got too high for a loaf of bread they need a little competition in town had great subways when I was a kid college town go there for my dog he likes to he likes the steak for myself got too fat for all that bread need to do something about the smell the place always stinks when you walk in there

Yes, all of the items I asked for were on the sub technically. But two tomatoes the size of half dollars don't go very far on the 10 inches of the footlong sub

The staff is somewhat exceptional and the food and everything else in the restaurant is better.
I love the subway in Gladwin, amazing subs always. I usually go during lunch hrs and always have a warm welcome from very nice ladies, but this past week I went during supper time and it wasn't a warm welcome it felt like we were bothering the ladies by being there and their conversation consisted of complaining about a man for an online order. So I will go during the day from now on. It even made my 10 and 11-year-olds uncomfortable.

After my visit yesterday to this store I do not think I will be ever coming back. I was in yesterday after I picked my son up from school. Usually we order online and we pick it up. Which has never been an issue and the food was always on point. Well yesterday my son wanted to see them make the sandwich. He’s 9yr old! So my wife and I walk in with my son and the lady that was working looked up at me like I was the worse thing that ever happened to her. I’m not sure what her name was bc I was so angry by the time the experience was over all I wanted to do was leave. She was very rude, she kept biting her lips which eludes to me that she was on some kinda drug. She looked like she did not want to be there! I really don’t care about the tattoos she had all over her bc I’m tattooed up as well. When I come and spend my hard earned money for food I don’t expect to be treated how I did yesterday. She was not friendly at all! It’s bad even my 9yr son noticed something was wrong. Anyways, the sandwich she made me was horrible. She rushed through it and slid it down to the next lady who was also angry and look like she hated her job. I had mentioned “wow everyone looks so happy today” I was being sarcastic but I don’t think they understood that. The young girl who cashed me out was not in the best mood but she flat out told me she was tired or having a bad day which I accepted bc I am also human and I work with the public too so I know how you should represent the company. That lady should NOT be working with people if she is so angry inside and looks at people like she wants to kill them. We live in America, everyone has choices! Tons of jobs out there now where you don’t have to work with people. I won’t be back to this subway. In fact I’ll just drive somewhere else bc I don’t deserve to be treated how that lady treated me and my family. I hope management reads this and has a nice little sit down with her. If it wasn’t for my wife and son I would’ve walked out as soon as she looked up at me. She looked like being there was the worst thing someone has ever done to her. Come on lady, your getting paid to do a job. Treat people how YOU wanna be treated when you go and spend your money places. Now I will ALWAYS remember her just bc of the ink on her arms and the way she looked. Just pray that the shoe is not on the other foot on day bc I may just treat her how she treated me. Ohhhhh noooooo I’m a bigger person then that now. Oh I did wanna say this, their was a younger girl doing the bread. She she be the one taking care of customers bc she had good energy and I can tell. But she was making bread. Something seems wrong with this establishment.
