They burnt my burrito, reacted rudely when we corrected them for 3 DLT tacos when the receipt only said one when asked for 3, and I paid for nacho chips I didn’t get, they put chicken in my nacho fries, and packed my bag full of unnecessary mild sauce, at least 30 or more packets just piled on my food. Thanks Taco Bell, for the “great service”

They don't even get your order right half the time and always skimp on ingredients. If I'm paying $1.40 for extra chicken then put extra chicken on it. If someone is paying almost $8 for a quesadilla, load it up! Why are you gonna give someone a tortilla with like 3 pieces of meat and make them pay so much for it??? Ya'll get paid more for doing the bare minimum or what?? Also they're all incredibly rude now. You get paid by the HOUR. Is it really inconveniencing you THAT badly? I get you hate your life but quit taking it out on the customer. How would YOU feel if you made an order which is what you DO at a fast food place and then the staff are huffy with you just because you're there?? Eye rolls, huffing, and attitude. What happened to that fella who used to work there he had long hair for quite a while before getting a haircut? He was the best. THAT guy deserved a raise. So sick of people in the service industry treating customers like crap because they themselves are unhappy. I used to work customer service and never treated any customer poorly unprovoked. Even if I was having a bad day because that's not anyone else's problem but mine.

I generally don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one is necessary. Gladwin was excited about getting a Taco Bell and it has been a disappointment. I’ve attempted to give you guys chance after chance hoping things would maybe change but it’s been a long time of consistently getting poor service and really poor food quality. Every single time I come in my food is barely cooked and cold. I’ve had rude encounters at the drive thru. I’ve waited 20 minutes for food inside. I’ve gotten cold food almost every time. All together… just a really disappointing experience for something so simple. Not to mention the employees and their attitudes. There’s one guy that works there that has always been nice. He’s the only one I don’t get bad vibes from.

i went through the drive thru and specifically asked for my cheese to be throughly melted because last time i came through it was just shredded cheese in a tortilla. get my food and it’s cold, no melted cheese as i asked for, i went in and didn’t even ask for a refund i just asked if they could remake it. some lady/man couldn’t tell at the counter told me they couldn’t remake it because they already “steamed them twice” not sure why they couldn’t steam a third or fourth time but it was complete bogus and stupidity. i got my refund, didn’t get to take home any food. very disappointing for being in gladwin.

Unfortunately Google doesn't let you give zero star ratings or this place would get exactly that from me. Recently stopped here to pick up an order from my app, 3 burritos and chips n cheese, I had asked for 15 packs of Diablo sauce on the app and upon receiving my order they had only put 4 in the bag, when I asked if they would please give me some more sauce packets I was told, rudely, that they couldn't do that due to their policy... Excuse me, since when has taco bell ever had a policy on being stingy with the sauce packets? Ive never once had another employee at ANY other taco bell deny me extra sauce packets! Upon speaking with the manager they gave me 4 more sauce packets of mild sauce which isn't even the sauce I requested. I usually stop at this location when I am in the area and have never had a situation like this happen but due to this visit I am very dissapointed in their service and I dont think I will be back if they're going to keep being rude and stingy with their Hot sauce. Do better taco bell!

Thank you for such wonderful service and allowing a moped to order from taco bell through the drive through, burger king said I couldn't order through the drive through, the food was good and the service was great, I cant drive a car due to not having a driver's licence, and I appreciated it.

Ordered chicken chalupa and chicken crunch wrap for my wife and there was hardly any chicken in either. I paid a dollar extra for that chicken, I expected to have chicken in my wrap, I got less. No way this made weight.

Just got home from Gladwin Mi Taco Bell and spent almost 20 bucks on 2 boxes. The wait time was crazy long,ike over 20 minutes. The food was slapped together haphazardly and didn't taste good at all. The wrap on the burritos was hard and they tasted old. I couldn't get anyone to help me at the counter to make staff aware of the issue. Was a waste of time and money. Never again. Several customers left before ordering because service was ghastly.
