When I bought a box and get it all in a bag and then ask for box for work. They give you attitude, and bad personality for a drive thur worker. Sad place, and taco bell you wonder why you only have three stars.lol

I have the naco fries $10 pass.. so i got my fries for the day and they were the most stale fries i think ive ever had.. I got home before looking at them so I didnt know but they were also no full.. this was on 11/17/24 at around &;40 pm order number #918158 im just upset.. I may just avoid this one and go to Midland..

I place a order got my food check it and realized they forgot two of my taco's OK fine s happens went inside and a girl inform me next time to bring in my bag ? What the F for they think am lying seriously then get home and Holly cow they also forgot my cinnamon twist .Do your job properly get the orders right next time am be talking to the manager get employee that want to do their best not worst.

I love taco bell! And love that they brought it back to Gladwin, now the service we've had was great. The ladies and gentlemens that work here have been quick reliable and friendly. Now the food it's fantastic I mean hello its taco bell, but I know everyone can agree with me when I say do we seriously have to pay extra to actually have a full taco as advertised on tv or on their wall, menu ect... Come on don't be shy through some meat on that taco and let people get their money worth and that's my one and only complaint I'll still go there a lot and still pay for the little meat shhhh I always pay for the extra and cry afterwards but hey I guess with no options do what's needed for great fast food thank you !!!

Sick of paying extra on sauce and not getting it. Ordered in a cup thinking I would actually get it... two squirts in a cup.actually complained tonight for the first time. I was told that's there portions and they walked away from me. If you go to any other tacobell there portions on everything are more. I'm guessing the manager is getting a hefty food bonus every month.

The girl who worked the window needs fired !! Rude and per manager he has 100s of orders he claims, not only 1 car us , couldn’t take the time for our complaints on her ! The food sucked , stale chips and bad beans. Thanks for the colon cleanse. Apparently corporate doesn’t read these, as we see the numerous bad reviews. Maybe they should just put KFC back in there .
