Cash only, which is never fun. Giving it 3 stars because our server was so friendly, but regarding going here for a meal, it left a lot to be desired. We got a burger, a fried chicken sandwich, and a side of fries. All seemed like poor Gordon Food Service quality that I could get better at a no-name coney spot, which doesn't make me want to return. Enjoyed finding our alma maters' flags on the ceiling, but I don't understand the hype. Maybe we'll have to try...
I love a hometown bar and this checked those boxes - and they make sure you are aware it is cash or check only. The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. I will say I didn’t think 5.00 for the side of fries we got was worth the value paid.
The burger was good, however we found bones in our cod strips. The only reason I give it 4 stars is as a caution to those eating the fishes.
