Hands down the best meat and food truck around by a long shot. All the meats are smoked to perfection with great flavor and great sauce to go along. You cannot go wrong with the sides either. Top notch customer service is the cherry on top.
I coordinated a wedding this weekend with James and his assistant managing the catering. He had great communication leading up to the wedding day and he was very flexible if we had to move the wedding inside because of the storms, which would have taken over his food table area. The two men were very polite and professional all night long. The meal was hot and fresh for us all and I heard so many compliments specifically about the Mac n Cheese!! Would recommend for a wedding dinner...
Pigs Head catered our wedding, the food and the service was 10/10!!! They set up, provided cuterly and everything we needed and tore down! They were friendly and efficient!!! Highly recommend!
