I came to the food truck around 3 PM if I recall correctly. They still had Gumbo and Cornbread on a 'special ' I really wanted the Gumbo and it was fantastic! The Gumbo was really well cared for in terms of the to-go packaging as well. The Gumbo was loaded with Anduille and they accommodated rice on the side. The flavor and portion were wild. I understand Team Pigs Head was basically done for the day, so it was great to get a fabulous dinner. Thanks!

Be cautious if your are having pigshead cater your event. Get everything in writing or the pricing will change when your left with no time for an alternate solution. Told $16.00 for 2 meats and 4 sides. Price was $22.00 when we went to pick up food for our event. Excuses excuses excuses. Shame on

We recently had a memorial catered by Pigs Head. Everyone loved the food and the owner and his son we so kind and respectful. They we on time and did not rush to clean up as things thinned out. Highly recommended!

My husband and I happened to find this food truck and have been obsessed. There hasn’t been a single thing that has not been amazing. Fast forward to my daughters graduation party, she requested a Mac and cheese bar. Immediately I knew who was catering this. We messaged and got it all figured out in one day. 2 pans of Mac n Cheese and BBQ pork. Pick up day went smoothly and I cannot tell you how much of a hit it was. Everyone was raving about the Mac n Cheese and some people had their first BBQ Pork Mac n Cheese. They made the process so easy and even tossed in a corner piece of cornbread for my husband when he picked it up. Thank you Pigs Head and family for the wonderful service and even better food.

This place is the real deal! The baby back ribs and brisket were perfect, and all the sauces (served on the side, the meat is amazing on its own!) are great, and the sides are generous and delicious. The fries were probably the best I've ever tasted, but everything we tried was amazing!

We live in Holland and we’re visiting the arcade out there. We decided to grab some BBQ, sadly there were only sausages and some brisket left. But we were not disappointed. They were sooo good. My sons both loved the sides, Mac and cheese was their favorite! My son said good thing we live in Holland or we’d be getting food here frequently. Hopefully next time we’ll be able to try more
