We recently had a memorial catered by Pigs Head. Everyone loved the food and the owner and his son we so kind and respectful. They we on time and did not rush to clean up as things thinned out. Highly recommended!
My husband and I happened to find this food truck and have been obsessed. There hasn’t been a single thing that has not been amazing. Fast forward to my daughters graduation party, she requested a Mac and cheese bar. Immediately I knew who was catering this. I came to the food truck around 3 PM if I recall correctly. They still had Gumbo and Cornbread on a 'special ' I really wanted the Gumbo and it was fantastic! The Gumbo was really well cared for in terms of the to-go packaging as well. The Gumbo was loaded with Anduille and they accommodated rice on the side. The flavor and portion were wild. I understand Team Pigs Head was basically done for the day, so it was great to get a fabulous dinner. Thanks!
