This is a hidden gem! Just off the Kal-Haven trail, this food truck came at the right time. This was the best Pork BBQ sandwich I’ve ever had. Ask for all the trimmings, you won’t be disappointed. I liked the sweet heat sauce with the classic as runner up. Next time I’m going to ask for the extreme heat. This was better than BBQ in Austin, Orlando, Charlotte and Dallas! Folks in front of me ordered a pound to go!
Was so excited to get to eat some of their BBQ while up in Michigan! Cany pork bellies are to die for, the real gem here THE SIDES!! That mac n cheese and cheesy po taters, fire roasted veggies, beans wow.. the Traverse City sour cherry cobbler was wonderful as well! The have Carolina, memphis and regular sweet and a HOT HOT you gotta ask for!
