Ordered subs for dinner on 5/4/25 from the Goodrich Michigan location. All 3 of the subs were the worst subs we ever had, every single sub was made wrong. The person making the subs was very rude and made us feel like we was an inconvenience. As soon as we walked out the door I watched her go sit at the table with some young boy.

First they charge me for a large drink an after I pay they tell me they only have medium cups then rite in the middle of eating the owner wants me to stop eating an move my vehicle because someone wanted gas and the pumps are the only parking spots for the Business I will never go back

Great subs! All three of the employees were very nice, helpful, and had an upbeat attitude! Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely be back.

Just want to say that we've been getting sandwiches from this location for a little bit now, but each time we get sandwiches, they always seem to forget at least one item on our sandwiches. Most times when I get a sandwiches, they always forget the avocado. The most recent time we got sandwiches, they got the avocado this time, but they forgot the lettuce. I had spinach, tomato, green pepper, honey mustard and chipotle sauce on the cold cut. I think this was the last time we get sandwiches from them. The constant missing items on sandwiches is getting really annoying.

I went in here a few days ago and I was charged ~$23 dollars for 2, 6 inch subs and 1 cookie and a large drink. After talking to the employee and asking if I could redo the transaction (because usually if 2 subs are bought the cost is bundled into the price of a foot long) she told me she wouldn’t do it, and then proceeded to cuss me out under her breath as I walked away after trying to reason with her. Never, have I received such service at this subway before and the workers are usually very nice and will advocate for their customers. I did send the receipt and filled out a review to corporate and I’m awaiting on a response from them. But for the time being, My family and I will not be returning.
