Have eaten here on multiple occasions. Usually breakfast, but occasionally lunch as well. Have never had a bad meal or bad service.
Since moving to Goodrich I have ordered from sims cafe quite a lot. If I’ve ever had an issue with the food it’s been resolved right away. Everything is always delicious and fresh. I generally go more for breakfast than lunch. I used to work from home so I would eat there at least once a week, love it!
Always friendly and accommodating. Great professional service, home style specials, reasonably priced generous food. So yeah, go there!

Based on the reviews, Memaws Diner is a classic little diner under new ownership that already feels like home. The food, prices, portions, and service are all fantastic, with sizable portions and very affordable prices. The menu is loaded with many different food options, so there is something for everyone's taste. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the servers will learn a customer's drink and bring it before they even ask. The new owner will bend over backwards to make sure customers are happy. The scratch-made cinnamon rolls and chicken crack soup are highlights. The Flint style coney is amazing, the blueberry pancakes are loaded with blueberries, and the grilled chicken pita is a personal favorite. The atmosphere is fun, and it feels like hanging out with family. The coffee is standard rancid diner coffee, but the waitresses keep the drinks topped off. There is good parking with a big lot right in front. Whether stopping in for breakfast or staying for the conversation, this is a place customers feel good supporting.
