Well, whenever you move to a new place, you always look to find a new place to eat. I found mine. I had the blackened Norwegian Salmon with salad and coleslaw. First off, the salad was remarkably fresh, crisp lettuce, cucumber and tomato, with a great balsamic vinegar. On to the Salmon...wow. The seasoning had just a hint of heat, and the fish was light and flaky! Rachel was my server, super personable and attentive. My only gripe, and it's so minuscule, the TV's over...
First time to Trio and I was so impressed ❤Cozy and quaint atmosphere without being too stuffy. Traditional Finnish pasty made by the owner is superb; you’ll probably have leftovers to take home. The Hungarian mushroom soup is delicious and a local favorite. Will definitely be back!
