This is the old Cranberries Cafe. Owned by the same owners of Blondies. The menu is different but the do serve the same pies and the 6 layer chocolate cake. I am not a chocolate cake fan but it is good. Service was ok and the food a bit pricey for the portion. I left the restaurant felt pretty empty but we were the only table sat in the front area close to the bar.
Such a cozy little gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and the owners are incredibly kind and attentive. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely a spot worth supporting — I’ll be back! 😊
the food tasted good, and we were happy with our service. i want to support this hometown restaurant SO badly…. but I can’t justify coming here often with the prices. it’s good food but it’s not THAT good!! 8/10 on everything i tried a nibble of. $21 for 3 chicken tenders is absolutely insane!! this isn’t NYC or Chicago or LA…. it’s small town midwest. $13.99 for 2 tacos?? the cheapest pasta is $17, noodles and alfredo sauce with no protein at all, adding chicken...
